Here are the pages I made for my Evil Dead Necronomicon replica. All 52 pages are my re-drawing and re-painting based of screenshots taken the DVDs and Blu-ray booklets.
The Deluxe version has all pages in high-res (300pdi) and all the illustrations as single transparent PNG files:
